Shipping policy

Surface Value currently ships within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Surface Value is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Surface Value is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
